HOW TO USE: On the night of the full moon, run a warm bath and sprinkle in 1 cup of your favourite bath salts. Keep your crystal close, whether on the bath's edge or in your hand. While you soak recite the affirmation and sense the water's magic, washing away the old, welcoming the new.

• Lavender, Chamomile, Blue Cornflower and Juniper Berries
• Lavender, Cedarwood and Ylang Ylang Essential Oils
• Vitamin E oil
• Moonstone Crystal Piece
